Join us at Plein Theater on May 16th for a night of unscripted magic and gripping storytelling, all delivered live and in English by the improvisers of easylaughs.

🎭 20:00 – Teacher & Me

In this unique showcase, easylaughs flips the script: it’s the students who take center stage—with their teachers at their side.

Our community is full of passionate, talented improv students, and for this special show, we’ve created dynamic duos by pairing them with experienced easylaughs teachers. Each pair will perform a short-formatted piece, co-created and discovered in real time, drawing on the chemistry and creative energy of the moment.

Among the exciting pairings for this evening is Steven Morgan performing with Nandita Dhir. This fresh duo brings together Steven’s sharp theatrical instincts and Nandita’s emerging voice as a playful, imaginative performer. Having recently completed easylaughs’ basics and musical improv courses, Nandita steps into the spotlight with her teacher for a once-in-a-lifetime improv experience—no script, no safety net, just connection and surprise.

Each performance will be distinct, ranging from heartfelt to hilarious, clever to chaotic—and everything in between. Whether you’re new to improv or a seasoned fan, you’ll get a unique glimpse into the collaborative spirit that drives the easylaughs community.

Lights. Camera. Mayhem.

Strap in for the second half of the night as our ensemble cast brings you the easylaughs improvised Tarantino play—a wild, cinematic journey into a world full of tough-talking antiheroes, cryptic monologues, uneasy standoffs, and sudden explosions of emotion and violence (the fake kind, don’t worry).

In this fully improvised homage to Quentin Tarantino’s iconic style, every line drips with tension, every choice matters, and every character has something to hide. Will you witness a twisted revenge plot, an absurd criminal deal gone wrong, or an unexpected alliance forged in blood and banter?

We won’t know until we step on stage—and neither will you.
