DESCRIPTION:For fans of: Vikings · Melodrama · Tall Blondes who Aren’t Dutch \nWhispering Fjords is set between the years 1000 to 1900 among the fjords\, mountains\, churches and castles of Scandinavia. It is a funny\, absurd twist on the classic Nordic outdoor ‘spel’ (play) with heightened characters (and lots of extras!) that nonetheless touches on real topics like class\, industrialization\, ambition\, love\, and power. Expect big laughs\, big characters and big stories. \nIMPRO Amsterdam 2025 will rock Amsterdam Noord with eight days of high-quality international Improvisational Theatre! With many shows and even more workshops\, the festival is an incredible place to explore and learn about all different aspects of improv taught and performed by improvisers from all over the globe. \nJoin us for 8 days of the best Improv the international community has to offer and let’s make new friends from all over the world!
